Skincare Treatments

Our bespoke facials provide a luxurious skincare experience unique to the Las Vegas area. Completely custom facials combine products at the forefront of skincare excellence, cutting-edge technology, and timeless massage techniques to create a facial experience unlike any other. 

Scalp Micropigmentation

The Lab offers a unique solution to those with thinning or balding hair. Our practitioners offer a customized, non-surgical approach to replicate hair follicles by using micro-needles to deposit pigment into the scalp. The result is a realistic illusion of hair that can treat balding, create hairlines, conceal scars, and add density where hair is thinning. 

Permanent Makeup

We currently offer lip blush as a permanent makeup treatment. Our artists are trained and certified by industry leaders to understand proper lip color theory and the development of symmetry. Pale or blue lips become lively with a customized color and tone best suited for you. Women with hyper-pigmentation, darker or ashy lips benefit from having treatment that neutralizes and evens lip tone. Results lead to more defined lips with a natural tint of color.

Appointments & Booking

To schedule an appointment online click here or visit us on the MindBody app. If you’re unsure of what treatment is right for you feel free to give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist you choose the right option.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

The Lab requires a credit card when reserving an appointment. We follow a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. No-shows and failure to call with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the schedules service(s).

If you have received a positive COVID-19 test result and must cancel within 24 hours, the fee of your service will be charged to your card on file and can be applied towards a future booking to be used within 60 days.

Arrival & Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to get comfortable. We ask that your cell phone be silenced during your time in our studio to provide a relaxing atmosphere for our guests.

Jewelry/Personal Belongings

The Lab is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as most services are best perform without jewelry interfering.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Gift Cards, American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.

Gratuity will not be included to your service but can be added upon checkout. A gratuity percentage recommendation guide will be provided to you. This percent recommended will be based on the total of your services only and will not reflect a percentage towards any products purchased.

We recommend tipping 18% gratuity for good service, 20% for excellent service and 22% for exceptional service.

Precautions & Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant, taking medication, have medical conditions or allergies, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you. Be sure to inform your practitioner before your service begins of any conditions that may affect your treatment and if you have any changes to your intake form.

 

Age Requirements/Children under 12

For their safety and the respect of our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted at The Lab during services. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Studio Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone refusing to follow our safety measures. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe to be risking their own health and the health of others by receiving treatment at The Lab.

Sales & Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any products or services. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by a manager. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

If you arrive to our studio and have a temperature of 99 degrees or higher, we will reschedule your service within 60 days. If you refuse this option, we reserve the right to charge you for the full price of your treatment.
