Alexandra is our founder & lead esthetician, scalp micropgimentation and permanent makeup artist. She is Cuban and originally from Miami, Florida. She has a Yorkie named Oso, is a wanderlust at heart and loves the reggaetonero Anuel AA.

Esthetician & Product Specialist
Makayla is a lead esthetician and product specialist at The Lab. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Makayla discovered her passion for skincare and received her esthetician license from NIMA in 2020. Makayla specializes in Biologique Recherche products and treatments while constantly researching new developments in the skincare industry.

Product Specialist
Karla specializes in Biologique Recherche, MBR, Environ and Valmont products. She can help you with all of your purchasing needs!
Oso & Stella
Company Mascots
Oso is our company mascot and a superstar in his own right. He loves short walks at the park, playing with his sister Stella, Salmon-flavored treats, raspberries, cuddles with mom (and pretty much anyone).
Stella (headshot coming soon) is our newest addition to the family. She is rambunctious, stealthy, and loves to steal her brother's bones. Stella loves meal time, fast running and cuddling with anyone and everyone!
Both Stella & Oso come to the studio on occasion but they are usually napping.
